Write down everything of every dream: time, experience, activities, conditions

Eat less (perhaps) to affect mental state
Daily: poke self in the hand, “I’m not in a dream” – 3 times, 20 times. Prick hand, knock on door, feel water, light switch – trigger awareness “this is real, I’m awake.”
When falling asleep: try to repeat these actions while falling asleep,
while sleeping: these result of these actions will not work the same. The lights will not flicker, etc.

This cues the mind into recognizing the difference between awake and asleep.

Use lucid dreaming to explore the subconscious mind and sort memories and awareness, especially regarding spiritual matters and concepts.
